You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data from Noor: Quran Companion at any time. Follow the steps below to submit your request.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to admin@m3strategies.co.uk.
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request – Noor"
- Include your profile name and username in the body of the email so we can locate your account.
- We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

- Lesson progress and learning history
- Prayer tracking details
- Streak data
- AI companion chat history
What happens when you request deletion
