Delete Your Noor Account & Data
You can delete your Noor: Quran Companion account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1: Delete in the app (quickest)
- Open Noor.
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
If you open Noor again after deleting, a new, empty account will be created.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
Use this if you no longer have the app.
- Send an email to admin@m3strategies.co.uk.
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request – Noor"
- Include your display name and username so we can find your account.
- We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Because Noor has no email or password login, we may ask for more information to check the account is yours.
Deleting your account does NOT cancel your subscription
Your subscription is billed by Apple or Google. Deleting your account, or deleting the app, does not stop it. If you don't cancel, you will keep being charged.
Cancel on iPhone or iPad (Apple)
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Noor, then Cancel Subscription.
Cancel on Android (Google Play)
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Tap Noor, then Cancel subscription.
You will usually keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
What happens to your data

Everything else we hold about you on our servers is deleted too, including your push token and subscription event records. Your anonymous app ID stays on your device so that an active subscription keeps working. For full details, see the Noor Privacy Policy.
